Let's begin!

Open a 600x600 new image canvas – transparent background.

Open element 28.
Adjust. Color balance. Manual color correction.
Pick a color from your choice of tube to recolor the element.
Re-size element to 540x540.
Copy and paste to new canvas.

Open your choice of tube and re-size to your liking.
I re-sized my choice to 570x513.
Copy and paste as a new layer to canvas.
Position as you like.

Open element 11 and re-size to 438x526.
Copy and paste as a new layer to canvas behind tube layer.
Position as you like.

Open element 100.
Adjust. Color balance. Manual color correction.
Pick a color from your choice of tube to recolor the element.
Re-size element to 390x138.
Copy and paste to new canvas.
Position as you like under your tube.
Duplicate to get the look you want.
I made 3 duplicates and positioned them to look like ground cover.
I then made one more duplicate and mirrored it.
Merge those duplicates together with the main one.
Move below your tube.

Open element 51 and re-size to 240x225.
Copy and paste as a new layer to canvas.
Position as you like under your tube layer.

Open element 82 and re-size to 120x80.
Copy and paste as a new layer to canvas.
Position as you like.
Duplicate. Mirror
Position as you like.

Open element 12.
Adjust. Color balance. Manual color correction.
Pick a color from your choice of tube to recolor the element.
Re-size element to 180x202.
Copy and paste to new canvas.
Duplicate. Mirror.

Open paper 4 and re-size to 480x480.
Using your selection tool, click inside your frame (element 28).
Expand by 8 pixels.
Copy and paste paper 4 as a new layer to canvas.
Go to selections, invert, and then hit delete on your keyboard.
Go back to selections and click selection none.
Move paper to just behind your frame (element 28).

Open paper 3.
Copy and paste as a new layer to canvas.
Move to bottom.
Apply mask of choice.
I used Gemsmask 205.
Merge group.

Add in a little saying of your choice.
I put 'Lucky in Love' using font choice of 'Frosting for Breakfast' in the color green.

Now add a drop shadow to all your elements and tube (except for the paper) to your liking.
Adding a drop shadow will make your tag pop instead of giving it that flat look.
I used these settings: 3, 2, 60, 5.

Add your copyright information and your license number to your tag.
I use 'Arial' font size 8 in black to do mine. I also used the plugin of Eye Candy Gradient Glow with a width of 4 to go around my copyright and license information in the color choice of 99c230.
Merge visible layers together. Give your creation a name and save as a blank copy.

Now, add a name to your tag in your font of choice.
I used font 'Frosting for Breakfast' in size 72. Color choice was 49721f. I also used the plugin of Eye Candy Gradient Glow with a width of 7 to go around the name in the color choice of cbe5a4.
Merge down and re-save.
