Let's begin!

Open a 600x600 new image canvas – transparent background.

Open element 4.
Copy and paste as a new layer to canvas.
Position as you like.

Open your tube (I am using a closeup version of my tube) and re-size to 798x598.
Copy and paste as a new layer to canvas.
Position as you like over element 4.
Duplicate. Move one of the layers under element 4.
Using your eraser tool, on the tube above element 4 erase the parts of it that is sticking out from the lower half of element 4 (the bottom part of it, leave the top part alone) so that you can see the lower part of it. Then go to the duplicate tube and do the same to that tube, erase the lower tube parts that are sticking out at the bottom.

Open element 71 and re-size to 132x300.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto canvas.
Position as you like.

Open element 50 and re-size to 112x384.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto canvas.
Position as you like.

Open element 67 and rotate to the right 67 degrees.
Then re-size to 369x433.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto canvas.
Position as you like.

Open element 63 and re-size to 420x360.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto canvas.
Position as you like.

Open element 34 and re-size to 180x116.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto canvas.
Position as you like.

Open paper 10.
Using your selection tool, click inside the element 4.
Go to selections, modify, expand. Expand by 5 pixels.
Copy and paste the paper into the selection.
Position as you like.
Go to selections, and click invert. Hit delete on your key board.
Go back to selections, select none.
Move that layer to just below the frame element and the bottom tube.

Open palm 2 element and re-size to 468x510.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto canvas.
Position as you like.

Open paper 5 and re-size to 600x600.
Copy and paste as a new layer to canvas.
Move that layer to very bottom.
Apply mask of choice.
I am using WSL_Mask167 by WeeScotsLass.
Merge group.

Now add a drop shadow to all your elements and tube (except for the paper and the tubes under the frame) to your liking.
Adding a drop shadow will make your tag pop instead of giving it that flat look.
I used these settings: 3, 2, 60, 5.

Add your copyright information and your license number to your tag.
I use 'Arial' font size 8 to do mine in the color black. I also used the plugin of Eye Candy Gradient Glow with a width of 5 to go around my copyright and license information in the color choice of c0ace0.
Merge visible layers together. Give your creation a name and save as a blank copy.

Now, add a name to your tag in your font of choice.
I used font 'Notera' in size 48. Color choice was 593051.
Merge down and re-save.
